There is a lot of room for a bow Ranger feat wise. The two main feats not given for free are Point Blank Shot and Improved Critical for whichever bow type you want to use. After those two it is mostly flavour and personal choices. If you decide to switch race then the third big feat is Blind Fight in my opinion.
If you don't see yourself wanting any feats that require Intelligence then you can drop that and grab Able Learner early on to help with skills. Again, It's a flavour thing. It would let you put Dex at eighteen, but it's not a huge deal either way.
If you decide to put the level ups into Strength then I would consider Weapon Focus, but it isn't worth it for focusing on Dexterity in my opinion unless splashing for fighter levels for Weapon Specialization. Ranger is a full BAB class and you aren't taking any penalties to hit due to attack style or anything like that. If you find later on you are missing then it can still be picked up along with epic prowess and some dexterity feats from level twenty one onward. Strength may not need it neither. Play a bit and see. If you are not happy with how often you are landing attacks and feel a 5% chance increase is worth it then go for it.
You have so much room it might even be worth considering Improved Critical in a melee weapon for those times it is better to go sword and board.

That's starting attributes of: 16/18/14/10/14/10
One of the more "variable" items is selecting Favored Enemy's for a particular module/campaign.
Undead is a "no brainer", because you can't critical them and they are often found in number. Elementals you can't critical on either.. BUT they aren't as pervasive.
Humans are often the most pervasive opponent.. Outsiders the single largest racial group.. etc..
Another "no brainer" is the Dino companion feat.. significantly more powerful than the other companions.
Likewise is Improved Critical Longbow (..a "must have").
Epic "Bane of Enemies" is another "no brainer".
Steadfast Determination allows you to improve Constitution to increase Will saves, but more importantly allows you to NOT fail on a 1 for Fortitude saves. (..near the end of the build Epic Resilience furthers this to Reflex and Will.)
As for the Improved Favored Enemies feats.. what else would you choose? Plus they are sort of needed to improve damage for this build.
Improving Dexterity not only improves your attack numbers (and AC), it also gives you the chance at epic levels to add another "One Shot".
The skill selection is pretty basic for a Ranger, but because of the class skills limitation - lacks all dialog skills. You could opt for Able Learner, but that will only make your skill use more efficient, it will NOT allow you to plow more points into a non-class skill.
Ex. Diplomacy.. is a non-class dialog skill for the Ranger. You couldn't have more than 7 points in Diplomacy by level 12 no matter what. Able Learner would only allow you the opportunity to spend fewer skills points in the skill (as much as half, i.e 7 instead of 14).

Made it easy to set ranger now.
Just as a point of comparison, this is what I'd consider a good "solid" Archer build:
Improved Archer | NWN2 Character Builder
It basically "front loads" a lot of damage and makes that damage applicable to every opponent (..as opposed to racial-only opponents).
+2 at 4th level, +1 at 8th level, +1 at 10th level, +1 at 12th level, +1 at 14th level, +1 at 16th level, +1 at 18th level, +1 at 20th level, +2 at 26th level, and +2 at 28th.
It also has better attack numbers.
It also accelerates access to Improved Rapid shot by 6 levels.
Saves are better (which includes bonuses from Spellcraft).
It has several improvements to AC: you can wear any armor at any time (useful at lower levels), you also have bonuses (+4).
It has Diplomacy and enough points in Use Magic Device for restricted magical equipment.
Finally it adds-in 6 castings of "Fireball" via Imbue Arrow and Dragon Breath (though as a "cone" blast).
HOWEVER,
It's not a stealth-type character, it doesn't have a good animal companion, nor a few spells the ranger has. Plus at higher levels and only against selected racial enemies - a Ranger does more damage. Finally it doesn't have 2 One Shots.
Basically it's a different build that's probably a better at lower levels while potentially being inferior at higher levels (to the pure Ranger).
..I should also note the obvious difference of 2 level penalty race with spell resistance vs. a no-level penalty race (with no spell resistance).
