Aren't the crewmembers supposed to get 30 skillpoints as Shephard reach level 30? Jack has 27, Garrus 28 etc. Jake, Miranda and Samara are the only ones who have the full 30.
Am I missing something? My Shephard is at level 30, every crewmember is loyal, except Legion. I'm just about to start the IFF, so I'll have him shortly. But isn't the crew supposed to level up automatically alongside Shephard?
I tried to retrain all crewmembers at Liara's console, but no effect.
Mass Effect 2 crew skill points missing.

As far as I know, squad members get less total points than Shepard does (in more than one instance, I have had my Shepard level and squad mates got zero points). Squad members having less total skills than Shep, as amazing as that sounds considering how few skills/powers Shepard has in ME2, this makes sense.
That's always been the case when I've played ME2, but I've never sat down and totaled them up for each squad member to see if they get the same number.

Actually, squad mates not getting XP sometimes after level up has been consistent enough in my playthroughs that I think it's intentional. But, like I said, I haven't sat down and figured out if all of them have the same number of points so I can't say if it's a bug or not, I just don't think so (or have given up caring... 
).
