Did you know that a fairly major part of Europe actually can not get this DLC in a legal way? It has been blocked by the local distributors (who actually have an influence on what we do and do not get to see on Steam).
The culprit here is 1C-SoftClub (previously known as Cenega), a company that distributes F:NV in Central/Eastern Europe and Russia. The reason for the block is unknown, but people speculate that they want to release a boxed version of F:NV with all the DLC packs included in, reap the profits, and unblock the DLC on Steam much later. This has actually happened with Fallout 3's Mothership Zeta DLC already.
