I've just recently ran into a few problems again :)

First of all, how have u dealt with Wailings at Burial Isle? They are very though in HoF mode, and also irritating (i. e. they usually attacks my spellcasters like bard, and she far not enough strong for them...)?

On second hand, my bard experienced to lvl 30 and after that i've got Godhood at Record sheet, so she can't level up more, but she only at 5million experience, so haven't reached the xp cap yet. What the problem with her? If she is unable to get higher lvls what should i do with her (dual?)?

I'm also wondering about mods. Do you advise me to try Aurils Bane? Will i get ability to experience further (higher xp cap, and levels)?

30 level is the highest you can achieve no matter of the XP points...

I am having major problems with the jackalweres and greater galbrezus.
I went through a door which I went through for a breather. There I was met by a host of minotaurs which I barely survived. Having healed the party, every time I go back through the door, all but one of my party are put to sleep my the Jackalweres and then the greater galbrezus turn up. I cannot think of any way past them, never mind killing them! The helmet that protects against weariness doesn't stom my thief going to sleep. Any ideas?

I've just answered my own question, defensive harmony plus wrath of the righteous faithful was sufficient to keep my characters awake. After that it was just a matter of tactics.

This game beat my butt at first, even the first goblins! Now I'm quite decent. My party: 2 fighters, 1 paladin, thief, mage, cleric. All have bows and Mage and cleric wield slings. Just using ranged weapons for the first three chapters was a breeze. The most helpful spells for me were cloudkill, web and haste. Also doing all side quests is helpful for xp. Like others said take out enemy spell casters first, keep your spell casters behind your tanks.

How I beat yxenumi (lady with 8 boobs): first buffed party (bless, chant Etc) hasted party and then lured her through the doorway into the narrow corridor. Put down cloud kill and web to slow her. Had party hit her with +2 arrows and magic missiles. You find the +2 arrows in a sack in the room with all the lizards. She went down in 2 min.

Also pushing the cntl key highlights loot!
