In the battle with Black Garius,

is there a way to avoid the betrayal of Qara and Sand in the battle with Garius? Is it possible that both side with you in that battle?

No.
One of them will always turn depending on your influence. Whoever has higher influence will remain loyal.

Qara will always betray you no matter what, and will always auto-level herself for the battle. She is the only companion - going into the fight with Garius, that will automatically betray you.

Sand is relatively easy to avoid with betrayal, and surprisingly Bishop isn't that difficult either. (..Bishop will always be "evil", but that doesn't mean he will fight against you.)

Both Sand and Bishop like complements, and like to "lead".

The two that *can* be difficult to persuade are either Neeshka or Elanee (..and obviously Elanee's potential betrayal happens earlier.)
