Can't defeat Minions of Destruction!

I'm playing as an Assassin but I can't get past those blasted Minions of Destruction, the last minions that Baal sends forth. They keep regenerating, which makes it damn near impossible to take them down. Is there some kind of cheat to keep them from regenerating so I can destroy those blasted things?

I've focused more on claw class skills than traps, but I do have a few traps.

Get a weapon that has the prevent monster heal ability. That will stop their regeneration and you only need to hit them once for it to take effect. It should keep effecting them if you town portal out and/or die.

I'll see if I can find one, thanks. Might be hard though. I did have one at one point but I sold it as I had better weapons...or so I thought.

If you have a barb merc or a rogue see if you can give them Prevent monster heal. PMH is very useful in nightmare and essential for a physical character in hell. Best way to find it is gamble. 2 handed swords and claws are relatively cheap to gamble and at this stage of the game gold shouldn't be an issue.

Finally! That nonhealer weapon along with scattered Minions did the trick. Pity I didn't get o kill the boss but oh well.
