The mage in the Demigoth Lands sells more powerful runes and crystals. He's called Grymlock. Not entirely sure on the crystals, but you can find plenty good ones in the Elven Lands.

Ye I know those places but Grymlock doesn't have the one I'm looking for like orbs of defense and boon missile. The monk in Arindale only sells a few of celestial spells.

I think the very high levels of magic can only be found in chests.

This should only be true if you're not following the Adept path. If you're on the way to Stargazer, Crusader or Shaolin Master then he should sell a lot of crystals eventually.

PS A lot of the Rune spells are broken (a list can be found in this forum in a sticky I believe). Not sure if this includes the ones you're looking for, but if the are broken they aren't always available in the game.

If i'm a fighter in the beginning how can I become an adept and paladin in the middle of the game. And should I use heavy weapons with a shield or dual weapons only?

You can join other guilds and then you become the respective class. For advanced classes, you'll have to fulfill the requirements and a class quests. See the Dungeon Lords section here.

Yes unfortunately.

Accept the celestial quest in Fargrove to travel to the Shrine of Celestial Light and place the Candle of Stars upon the altar.

Do not accept the quests from the Mages guild or thieves guild.
