Dwarven Scouts act 2? urgent

Is it possible to do dwarven scouts in act 2?

It's urgent because I will need to reload an old save and not go further.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond. :oops: (..wasn't on the forum last night.)

I think it has to be. (..either that or you shouldn't be able to progress in the game to Act II.)
