i'm in wilhelm's lab trying to save a little girl and cannot figure out the puzzle on the floor and can not find it on the walk through///this is the quest trying to activate the golem,,any heklp would be useful.

The solution is not that tough. You have to direct the flame trail using the tiles on the floor. The flame will travel from tile to tile in the direction the arrow points. The flame trail must reach the marked end point on the floor. It's just a matter of "rotating" the floor tiles until you get them in the order you need.
