It never occurred to me that humans and halflings can take both heritage feats, fey and fiendish at character creation. I don't have NWN2 installed right now, but I'd like some thoughts on this if that's alright.
I suppose you can have two bloodlines, but does the game / dialogue take that into account at any point if you make your character that way? It seems like a rather special occurrence. Does the caster level and save DC bonus you get from Fiendish power stack with the one you can get from Fey power?
Edit: I am a sucker for D&D tidbits, so if anyone knows what could happen in the PNP.. I'd be rather curious.

Those feats were only introduced for SOZ - and SOZ barely takes alignment into consideration.
So, nope.
Saving Throw bonuses are supposed to stack from any source - so probably. (..I've not done it though.)
However,
+1 spell bonus from good characters? How useful is that? (..yeah, the +4 poison can be useful - but spend a feat on it?)

Not so great I suppose. Though I suppose if you would have feats to spare.. which a Warlock *might*, since they only have one spell school.. ah, I don't know.
I looked around a bit and the closest I get in D&D lore is a race called Fey'ri, bred of demons and elves. I doubt SoZ would have any special dialogues along those lines, especially since the PC would still have to be human/halfling as well.

If caster level was the only concern, it would actually be a bad idea to take both at startup (+2 caster levels). It's better to take Spellcasting Prodigy and one of the heritage feats (+3 caster levels).

RWs are unavailable to many races and classes like Warlocks. I wish they had, but they get few enough invocations as it is. But lots of invocation take caster level into account, so a little bump might not be the worst choice of feat *if* you have feats to spare. That's all I'm saying, really.
