Hello,
I reinstalled BG2 today and had a bug from the get go. Minsc won't join me in the dungeon. After he opens the bars he says he will join me but doesn't join my party and his icon stays blue. When I talk to him the whole "The bars break with my beserker strength" starts up again, but he still doesn't join me at the end of the conversation. I tried reinstalling with and without the BG2fixpack and BG2tweakpack to no avail. I have the patch installed.
Did anyone ever get this problem? How can I resolve it?

Never gotten that bug, myself. Do you have any other mods installed? If not then I can only think of your installation-order being messed up. The correct install-order in this case would be:
BG2: SoA
SoA Patch (Unless you play ToB)
BG2: ToB
ToB Patch
G3fixpack
BG2tweakpack
I.e. make sure the game is installed and patched before you add any mods, including the fixpack. And make sure the fixpack is the FIRST mod you install after installing the game.
