FO2: Killap's Restoration

I read at NMA that Killap's going to release his final-final version end of January. We're halfway March now, and I don't find any final versions, only beta's. Can anyone give me an update? My NMA profile is blocked, and none of my e-mails are considered valid to reset my password, so I can't ask directly.

The latest version I have been able to find anywhere is 2.1.2b, which was released somewhere back in 2010. In fact, I wasn't able to find any mention of "final" update scheduled to be released. So, I think there won't be any new releases planned since I believe Killap would have announced the delay...
