It is not optimized for a target of high level instead I try to get 'the goodies' as early as possible such as epic weapon focus. This is because it is meant to be playable and not ultimate. You won't get too high level; I am past the two islands and the undead and am only level 25.

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

On a cursory overview, I don't think you can take EWS on a Dwarven Defender level, only on fighter or (which is probably a bug) CoT levels, so you'd have to switch epic toughness and EWS.
Other than that, I don't see so many levels in cleric as a good choice, specially if you don't have travel domain, but to each their own. I can see it working because you'll have oodles of HP and can capitalize on an astronomic Heal spell, but still...
By the way, Spellcraft's bonus to saves against spells works with fully modified ranks, so there's benefit in taking the skills further than 40, specially with a positive INT modifier

Thanks for the comments. I have fighter 4, is that enough for EWS? For the cleric levels there are some decent spells such as protection from alignment (mind affecting), bless, remove fear, entropic warding. 2nd level bull's, ultravision +darkness (for concealment), 3rd extended darkness, darkfire, prot energy 4th stoneskin 5th energy buffer and heal...
More fighter levels I'm not sure what feats I could take?? Good tip on spellcraft, I started building in NWN2 with different rules. Domains kinda work good with a lawful good dwarf but I also chose them for the benefit. I'm curious what travel domain gives; I'll have to look it up! If I drop EWS I can change two epic toughness for 2 Great Strength. But I'll never get that high level in HotU.
Thanks for comments on the build. I sometimes (like 2 weeks ago) look for a build to play and your comments might help someone else make a build to their taste.

Fighter 4 should be enough for epic weapon spec, BUT you need to take it at a fighter level. You can, however, take both weapon spec (as a general feat), and EWS (as a fighter feat) if you take fighter 4 at a level where you'd get a general feat, like, for instance 36 (although I don't really recommend waiting until 36, don't you want 6 crittable extra damage?
By the way, if you're going sword and board, and STR-based, I guess, take your specialization in Scimitars. They're just the best damage for a high STR char (criticals multiply STR damage, so...) Rapier COULD be useful, but there's just something off about a paragon of dwarven values wielding a thin blade.
Then again, if I got my way, WF:Warhammer would be a requirement to take Dwarven Defender (Dwarves with hammers are just cool, what can I say?). Since it is not, Scimis are just better.
You could take CON to 21 and take a couple epic damage reduction or the full 3. This could go a long way in making your character more survivable, netting you 27!/- DR, you can get much more mileage out of this than a couple Epic Tougness feats.
Now, clerics are godly, make no mistake, I'm just not a big fan of multiclassing them (or magic, to be fair). Then again, I can see a dwarven defender turtled up making great use of a Heal spell. Travel domain gets you haste at level... 5, I think? And haste is delicious. Then again, you can just slap it at the forge on the weapon you'll be using and be done with it.
Energy buffer and such spells never worried me much (there are usually items that provide the same benefit when the situation arises), and I never found the usefulness of Darkness, even for characters with sneak attack dice (Knockdown is usually much more reliable, even if you're a puny halfling).
By the way, I'm no expert on building characters, so I hope I won't lead you astray with my advice. Take it with a pinch of salt.

I took longsword because Enseric the Grey, the intelligent sword, has +5 vampiric regeneration You can't smith that quality and with all the HP and DR it makes a tough nut to crack.
Thanks for your advice, it all helps to get new ideas. I'm not an expert either. I searched the epic builder database and found about 5 cleric, DwD, fighters so it can't be a power class, but it is good for HotU so far. I am a little scared playing the rest of the game worrying if I get stuck somewhere. I use normal difficulty and sometimes easy if I am having reloads like the vampire mage that casts Bigby and time stop twice.

If I take Fighter 4th level on a level I get a bonus feet will I be able to select EWS? I am not sure, but I think the choice of epic will come before fighter. That is how it is with DwD bonus feat. I chose the general epic feet before the specific DwD feat.
+6 damage does sound quite good. I might try to build it in even if I have to go to fighter 6. But the DR from DwD is quite good also. I won't make level 40 so I will have to think about it before I play again. I'll probably test it with the console commands. I'll report back in a little while.
edit
Yes, I leveled to 27 from 25 via console and I took fighter three at 26 and four at 27 and I was able to get WS and EWS. Cool.
