1. After finishing Pharod's quest Nameless One and Morte gain 15000 EXP: Morte gains his fair 7500 points, but Nameless One gains 8250 points. Where do the 1250 additional points come from?
2. If you have Dakkon in party. you get the same 15000 EXP for all 3 characters, but: Morte gains 5000 points, Nameless One gets 5500 points, and Dakkon gets 2500 points - 2000 points are missing!
I understand that different characters get different experience based on their race or class, but i don't understand where does the additional experience come from or where is it gone?
3. After leveling up, you gain the same amount of EXP from killing creeps as before - what is this? This was rule of D&D used for Torment alone or for other D&D games too?
Strange experience problems
1. My best guess: You have a high WIS. It gives bonus XP to TNO. Given that TNO gets the same amount of extra XP in 2., I'm pretty sure about this.
2. Dakkon's XP is divided between his Fighter and Mage classes. He gained 2500 in each of them, so 5000 in total. Note that characters don't gain a different amount based on race or class, but rather that each class needs a different amount of XP to level.
3. That's the way things went with AD&D 2nd Edition, yes.
