Want to recreate a party of baldurs gate 2 NPCs.Help please

I really want to do a full party with bg2 NPCs.
I alredy found the portraits.
How would you do it?
What would be your favorite party?

Should i take a good aligned or evil aligned party, or should I mix?

I want these classes:

Fighter or Ranger (Minsc or Korgan)?
F/T (Mazzy or yoshimo)?
F/D Jaheira?
Cleric Not sure whos the best pure cleric?
Mage(Illu) Jan Jansen
Bard Imoen or Haer Dalis?

Who do you think fits them best?
What proficiencies?

Human Paladin
Half-elf Ranger/Cleric
Dwarf Fighter
Human Fighter 2/Druid X (dual class at level 2)
Gnomish Illusionist/Thief
Half-elf Bard

OR

Human Paladin

Human Fighter 2/Druid X
Halfling or Elf Fighter/Thief
Half-elf Bard
Human Conjurer
