vampire the masquerade, my game isnt working plz help

I installed vampire the masquerade to my computer and moved it to an sd card and tried to boot it up from the sd card on another computer, but when i start it and error message comes up saying to login with admin privlages to play it. I cant figure it out. No i am not that admin of tha computer but if its like age of empires or diablo 2 it should boot up with a no cd patch but that stupid message just comes up. Please help.
