Someone please help me concerning The Trial of the Elders!!!

Post by karakoruka »

What to do in the 4th trial when the elven wizard is attacking and there are the fire spouts and pentagrams on the floor. I have tried hitting the wizard with everything I got, taken away around 300 HP and nothing happens. Please help!!!

I just waited for master spirits to come down from the platforms and then killed them. I only got killed three times, wich I think is low. U will need patience.

Use Blast spells as much as you have and even when you do kill him you will need to wait a few minutes before the platforms come down. One side is the way out and the other has a good bow.You can get the bow,but will need to jump down and go to the other platform to leave.Bugged I guess.

You don't actually have to kill the Ancient Elder, he's worth a lot of XP, but takes an awful lot to take down, you really need to have prepared for him before even taking on the trial.

It's actually the spirits that spawn and engage you in hand-to-hand combat you need to destroy, once the last one's dead then the Elder disappears and you can claim the bow and exit as mentioned above.

If you don't have any, or only a few, Ward of Fire crystals then this is a very tough encounter. Summoning crystals such as Blessed Spirit also can help a lot. Failing that it really is a case of try, try and try again.
