I started with Redemption again now I know I read somewhere if you raised certain stats of your character you would gain a dicipline more faster...
So wich stats do you have to raise to get those fire disciplines??

I have not heard of this.
I know that you need some stats to use certain disciplines. For higher Mortis for example, you'll need about 70 INT. Obfuscate Cloak the Gathering you'll need higher Wits if I'm not mistaken. You'll need high Wits & INT for some Traumaturgies.
It is possible that you will not gain some new disciplines because some stats are too low, so it's a good idea to have every stat about 30 & when you gain the new discipline you raise that stat only if necessary.
