Spoiler Poll---What god will you be?
Choose the god endign in TOB, what kind of eity will you be? Remember, you're taking over Bhaal, god of murder, so you must choose a death related sphere of influence.
Lorien-godess of rightious vengence and Adventurers
She provides specail Boon of Lorien for the down trodden and vicims of oppression who are ready to give their lives to bring down powerful evil oppressors by assassination. The boon provides +2 to all saving throws, and grants combination improved invisibility and improved haste once a day. It also increses the holders strength to 18 once a day only if their native strength is below 10. Finally, if the holder is killed, the boon will explode with the force of a comet spell, and do 10d10 to any one near by.
You can also pray to the consorts of Lorien if you are elvish or a thief.
Wood elves and sylvan elves can pray to jaheira, and get +1 bonus to wisdom if they are clerics or druids.
The winged elves can pray to Aerie for ability to cast restoration once a day.
Drow can pray to Viconia for +1 to armor class.
If they are thieves they can pray to imoen for +20 to hide in the shadows. A way to increase the likelyhood of imoen helping a thief is to make a large offering of cinnamon cookies.
The consorts and the boon will only last for the duration of the mission of vengence, and will disappear if the mission is not attempted within a month of their appearence. If the worshipper is successful, for the rest of their lives they enjoy +1 to luck, and +1 to charisma. If the mission fails, there is a 5% chance with bonus on how evil the target is and how bravely the assassin died under torture that an avatar of lorien will come and in true Elminster like fashion squish the tyrant like a bug.
Adventurers can pray to lorien when facing a really nasty and evil monster and get bonuses in Ac and saving throws based on injustices done by the target. This lasts for the duration of the adventure, and female adventurers have a higher chance of getting assistance.
The boon is a curious symbol, shaped like a golden fist with twin lightning bolts surrounding it, with the middle finger raised straight up. Arcan scholars have speculated this gesture represents soem meaning, but have yet to figure it out.
