Kind souls...assistance needed

OK - I, for some reason, cannot create a new game in SOA or TOB anymore. Single Player, Multiplayer - I freeze up during the 'starting new game' screen (actually, the screen goes black, and then freezes). I can load my old games at will.

So, could a kind sould please email a brand spanking new savegame? You would be saving me the time of uninstalling both SOA and TOB, reapplying the patch, re-downloading the Baldurdash fixes and Manveru's patch, etc.

I'd appreciate it!

Actually I have no solution, sorry, just an advice to mention what windows (95,98,NT,ME,2000...) you use. Most often it's worth to briefly decribe the hardware (video card, sound card, amount of memory etc.), too.

@FedericoZ - I am happy to send you a save game - do you want to email me your PC or do you want to hack mine in multiplayer?

PS I have ToB installed now so the exp cap might be removed - and other such stuff - I don't know. It is up to you - let me know...

Yshania - thanks! I'll just hack whatever you send. It's OK if some of the tweaks are installed - I have most of them activated anyway in my installation.

As for my system..it's a Win98, 96 MB, 400 Mhx, 32 Mb TNT video. But, I don't think it is a hardware related issue. I have not created a new game in some time, and I had installed several other programs in that time frame. I think something was overwritten....

Anyway - thanks for the help, and just email that save game to federicoz@aol.com
