You could be right!! I don't know how they translate, or indeed what kind of voice they all get. I'm playing English version (but I've seen a preview of BG1 Japanese version in a magazine).
But, I suspect Japanese people probably find THIS site too difficult to understand. And not only their English skill is a problem...

Hey vixen, didn't know you were a northern lass. I think K should divide the English numbers (England 8, Geordies 2). Tripwire is in South Africa but originally hails from Newcastle.
Wisconsin has lots of cows and hence lots of cheese. In fact I think that's all they have. Cheese. You have to travel in the US a lot.

I live in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. I'm Portuguese, my family is from Oeiras just outside Lisbon. Ive been in Canada all my life so you better tally me as a Canuck but if we're keeping tabs on football fanatics here, count me in with the porkchops. No offense, and I do not wish to degenerate the discussion here into football flames but I can't help but gloat: 2-0 in Amsterdam...tsk tsk...you better get a good result in Portugal. heh heh
I see the right, and I approve it too; condemn the wrong and yet the wrong pursue.
Its not tenuous if you've been to the US (not necessarily Wisconsin ). They had adverts out there with a little kid eating "Wisconsin Cheese". She said her 'mom' says Wisconsin is famous for cheese and she likes it "Whatever a Wisconsin is". Corny eh?
But I guess not all Geordies are as well travelled as me
