heheh
This lil episode reminds me of some of the "quests with a moral" aspects of the old Ultima games.
And given the number of posts I see here from people who can't figure this one out, and just resort to beating on the Manifestation (for "days and days"???)...I think it says something about people's (low) expectations from games these days. "Bigger monster? Guess I need a bigger sword...bash bash bash".

I mean, the damn thing TELLS YOU it feeds on hate. And it doesn't take long to see you're not really hurting it with weapons and spells...

It'd be nice if game designers included more "think outside the box" scenarios like this...might just raise our expectations a bit and get the gaming populace out of the boring uber-power rut.

@Blixa Bargeld....Don't forget there is people who have not played this type of game before....and IMHO talking down to them doesn't help any...for a new person this is all a learning experience and remarks like yours hurt the community more than help it.

There is a forum here called Speak Your Mind and remarks like this need to be put there.

You only need to cast a light healing spell and he'll be healed completely Image Image

Actually there is more brain-teasers in the game, especially if english is your second language like i have the "mystery" in the asylum where you need to put the objects on the hand of a right statue took awhile, there simply were some words i didn't know what they meant, i'm not bad in english actually i'm good in it Image , but still there are some frases you don't know unless you're from US or england or other country with england as a main language.

Well I must say - that english is not my primary language, but still I've had no problem in the game with spoken/written english.
