How to save the tree of life

I am trying to save the queen and the tree of life, but I am stuck. I am in the palace but no one is in there.

I kinda figured it had something todo with the statue, but I can't figure out how...

you have to find 2 items that fit the statues and a entrance to the tree of life will appear, both items are within the elven city, just go search around the buildings in it

You will need a Stone Harp and a Stone Horn, you can found then in the city, the stone harp is in Harpist's House and the Horn is in House of Horn.
