"Just the man I've been looking for," said Deputy Loner, approaching Kramo. "I need to talk to you about the Marshal. But not here."
They went back to the still-empty jail, and Loner shut the outside door. "I need you to be honest with me," she began. "I had a...very suspicious source come in here and tell me he saw a man fitting your description burying the Marshal...right after he shot him down.
"I trust you, Kramo...you know I always have. I just need to know what went on here...if anything. If this is true, and if I ever knew you at all, that marshal was probably corrupt and deserved what you gave him. In that case there's something going on here, and I'll help you any way I can. Tell me."

Georgi supposed that anything was better than that idiot Gwalchmai , who had been hitting on her ever since they met. "I told ya, Doc, the folks round here call me Gigi *hic* It's a much better name for a dancer, don't you think? More... exotic...*hic*" Swaying, she caught her balance just before she fell off her barstool, and giggled. "That musta been quite a drink you bought me...*hic* what did you say was in it?"
Who, me?!?
Vivalie Rogers walked carefully down the sidewalk, noticing with distaste the dust swirling about her ankles. Why had her father moved her to this god-forsaken town?
“I want to try to bring some civilization and culture to the West, and the position of Mayer is just what will allow me to do this!” He had said this while his spectacles shined in anticipation.
She adjusted her parasol, twirling it just so to protect her fair skin and decided to make the hazardous journey across the street. She had to lift her white fluffy dress up to her knees just to keep it out of the dirty puddles, and knew without looking that her cream patent leather boots were probably ruined.
She smiled happily as she arrived in front of the saloon. Her father wouldn’t let her come in here, but he wasn’t here now was he, off surveying the building of their house he was.
As she pushed open the door, a smell hit her which she was not used to, the smell of whiskey, gin and gunsmoke. The sight of 'Gigi' swaying on her stool worried her and she rushed over to see if the woman required assistance, not noticing the scantily clad women or obviously drunk men.
Ooc: Off for an hour, see all later
Ooc: She’s not actually as boring as she now seems, I have plans to make her more interesting later

Kramo leaned against the wall, looking at Loner.
"I didn't shoot the marshall. Why would I? I did bury him."
Kramo then unbottons his shirt pocket, then tosses a US marshal badge at Loner.
"You are the only one that knows I'm a US marshall. Yes, my parents died. No, I don't have a ranch with horses. I am undercover, discribe this yahoo, who said I killed my partner."

B.T. Dubya is furious....the crate of TnT wasn't full, the bottom layers were sticks of baking soda. The Snake Oil man ripped him off.
Seeing his plans foiled..B.T. Dubya rides to town and hides in the stables.
Time to get some info on what is happening.

"Vile and evil, yes. But, That's Weasel" From BS's book, MD 20/20: Fine Wines of Rocky Flop.
Waverly is amused at Gigi's behavior and answers, "Not only a good stiff drink, but the snake oil has other benefits..." and he leaves the rest unsaid except for a sly wink.
Who is this prissy young thing come to interrupt his fun, he wonders... Waverly tips his hat but quickly turns away from Viv. Even though his smart city dress would lead one to believe they had much in common, Waverly was no 'real gentleman' and wasn't in the mood to have it pointed out by the likes Viv.

Then darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time
leedogg awakens from the sun shining in an open window.
"wow, my leg is all but healed." he mumbles as he stood up. "guess the city slicker's snake oil works. well, let's find out what this one-horse town has to offer. hmmm, wonder if they have a brothel .)"
he strides into the street and spots the saloon.
"it's no brothel , but, it'll have to do"

oops edited for continuity.
Ms T was in the back room working on her inventory when she heard the bell ring. She walked out in time to see the customer walking out, apparently thinking the place was deserted.

"I have seen them/I have watched them all fall/I have been them/I have watched myself crawl"
"I will only complicate you/Trust in me and fall as well"
"Quiet time...no more whine"

Vivalie looks at the man pulling on her arm with big eyes, not used to being manhandled.
"Excuse me Sir, but I am NOT here for a drink." She said loudly enough that several patrons turned to stare. She wondered if that was the wrong thing to say in a saloon.
He looked confused or perhaps frustrated, but had dropped her arm, and she thought he might as well be a good place to start.
"I'm looking for a C-O-N-T-A-C-T. A special one, do you know where I should look?"
She asked with a hushed voice which wasn't hushed at all while leaning closer to Darkpoet.

Waverly is glad to see the snobbish woman dragged off, and thinks to himself that he was wise not to strike up conversation with her.
As one of his own drinks is placed before him, the doc smiles feebly. He lifts the glass and his hand trembles slightly, the liquid nearly spilling out onto the bar. "Damn, but this stuff is addictive," he thought. He had promised himself to take it easy and not loose control to the snake oil again, but perhaps one drink wouldn't hurt. It just wouldn't due to decline his own concoction in front of potential customers...

Vivalie lowers her parasol, now that she is inside, her golden curls secured in a topknot to flow down her back now visible.
"I can do both." She said quietly while removing a slim, white pistol (painted in delicate flowers) from the handle of her parasol, before sliding it back.
"Though I prefer side saddle, I am able to ride in any fashion. I am from a long line of horsewomen dating back to the eighteenth century. The first, Lady Ce-"
His hand covering her mouth as he looked suspiciously behind them cut her off.
"Sorry, false alarm I think, but we may want to hurry.”
“Yes, where exactly are we going?” Viv asked after glancing around again.
