"Well jeez, the last thing I heard was somebody," she looked pointedly at Kramor, "wanted to know what he was doin' in town. I want to hear things, I have to get close enough... Are you seriously trying to sy he's on the straight and narrow? I doubt you would be here if that were the case."

Big Bad Bob, with Bucho close behind, carried the sheriff to a spot not too far away.

Looking about him, Big Bad Bob wondered for a second. Something was not right here. It was a little quiet. In Bob's experience, quiet was an unwelcome pest that was usually stamped out by the giant boot of loudness. Luckily, Big Bad Bob had his boots on today.

Content for the moment, Big Bad Bob nodded to Bucho, who quickly came up to his side. Whispering something to Bucho, the short and stocky Bucho quickly went to the horse and grabbed something from a rucksack.

"You mind telling me what exactly is going on here?" asked Big Bad Bob to Loner, as she stood over the semi-comatosed Sheriff Brink as he lie on the dusty ground.
Cartoon Law III
Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

"Thank you for coming along when you did," said Loner. "All I know is, I found him in that new store that just opened up. He was in a terrible state, like a trance, and when I dragged him out of there he passed out. He was awfully hard to revive...and even now he's not fully around yet."

Gigi hurried out of the room and came back with a bowl of water and a razor. "Hold still then... You never did need me to find that out, did you? So... why ask me? For all I know, his next bullet could have my name written on it, and you didn't even need to know?! You truly are gettin' callous..."

OOC: Oops, sorry Brink, Yep, Loner is right, your in Bed :) I missed that bit! :D

IC: Big Bad Bob looked at the sheriff as he lay in his bed ( :D ) a strange poweder was visible on his right shoulder. "Bucho" said Big Bad Bob. "Come over here and take a look at this will ya?" he continued as he motioned his hand in the direction of the Sheriff.
Bucho looked at the powder, smelling it, and finally, tasting it. "Oh dear" he said wearily as he looked up at Big Bad Bob. "This... this isn't good." he continued with his voice becoming more strained with each passing word exited his dry, cracked lips.
"What is it?" asked Big Bad Bob impatiently.
"It's, um, well, you see, it's petrified horse sh!t!" he continued.
"Petrified horse sh!t???" said Big Bad Bob and Loner simultaneously as they looked at eachother.
"Yep, but it's got traces of nemophellus throughout it. Which means that the horse has been eating the stuff." spoke Bucho.
"Well what the hell is that nemo-whatever?" asked Big Bad Bob questioningly.
"Essentiall, it's a powerful nerve toxin. The Sheriff should be ok in a couple of days, provided he gets the antidote." spoke Bucho as he wiped his hands on a cloth.
"Well what happens if he doesn't get the antidote?" asked Loner.
"Well, he dies." continued Bucho.
"He dies???" enquired Loner.
"yep." he continued.

Loner looked troubled. A vain in her left temple becoming visible. A sign of stress and pressure. Big Bad Bob looked up at Loner and quickly told her to relax. "Don't worry, we'll get the antidote, mam." he said reassuringly as he placed a hand gently on her shoulder.
Bucho looked up at Big Bad Bob, "and I know just where to get it." he continued.

"Doc Waverly...."

"Callous? After what you did to me in Waco?" Kramor responded indignantly.

"You want to talk about Waco? Which, by the way, I assume you haven't told your little deputy the truth about... You remember the last time we saw each other...?"

"The time you betrayed me and I ended up half-naked in the desert? Sure, I remember."

"I didn't know what would happen to you, Kramor. I thought about it a lot."

"Don't try and tell me there's a conscience hidden away in there somewhere..."

"Sometimes I hoped that you were dead... so I wouldn't have to think of what you thought of me if you were alive... I know you reckon the whole thing was a setup, but it was real. Right up till that night. You came to the show... we went for a drink afterwards, and then you walked me back to my hotel... where they were waitin'for you. Sure, you know all that. You want to know why I betrayed you?" She continued before he had a chance to reply. "I had a shotgun pointed at my head that whole evenin'." Gigi bit her lip, and continued to shave his face in silence.

OOC: Sorry Brink, I'm waiting for Waverly to arrive so I can get the antidote! :D

Until then, you can have one of those ancient indian dream sequences where the wolf leads you to some place to discover your destiny... and usally the underlying plot to the whole story ;) :D

Your call Sheriff Brink :D

However...

IC:

"I heard he's been hanging out in the local theatre chatting up the dancing girls and selling his 'miricle' potion to all the guys." said Bucho as he walked along side Big Bad Bob.
Big Bad Bob only looked forwards. The same uneasy calm feeling that had encapsulated him before was back. Something isn't right here, I can feel it. he though to himself as he trod silently on.
"Hello? Anyone in there?" said Bucho as he jumped up and down, waving his arms about in front of the big guy. "What's up?"
Big Bad Bob stopped dead in his tracks. A slight easterly blowing wind ripped down the street like an angry man trying to return soup at a deli. "Can you hear that?" he asked Bucho as he looked around him.
"Hear what?" asked Bucho cautiously as he too began to look around him, not altogether knowing what he was looking for. "What are we looking for?" he asked.
Big Bad Bob put a finger to his lips. "Shush" he muttered quietly. Bucho stood silently. An uneasy feeling fell over him making him, nervous.
Suddenly, the sound of a wooden window shutter slamming against the wall echoed through the street sending Bucho darting behind a nearby horse drinking trough. Big Bad Bob stood stedfast on the dusty road.
Something is definitely wrong here... his thoughts continued as he continued up the street to the local theatre.

OOC: Weasel... just so you know, Big Bad Bob is onto your little Bomb in the hey :) It's only a matter of time... :D

Darkpoet pulls up in front of the bank, in his wagon. He then pulls a sign out of the wagon. The sign reads: "BT Poet Bank, savings and loans."
Darkpoet then heads to the saloon, for a drink.

"WHAT?? Shotgun? Who?"
Kramor turned getting cut in the process.
"Why, didn't you tell me this before?"
Take Gigi, and setting her on his lap. He saw she was crying, wiping her tears.

(@DP :D )

"Because I hadn't seen you until you rode into town the other day... And you were so angry at me, I didn't think you'd believe me..." Gigi wiped her eyes. "Do you remember, it was my first night in the show? And you came backstage to say good luck... and I was crying. You asked me, sweetheart, what's wrong? I.. I'm so happy, Kramor, I never want this to end... And you replied..."

"...It never has to." Kramor cut in gravely, as Gigi dissolved into tears once again.
