Gigi's eyes filled with tears. "You're more important to me than the theatre, Kramor, don't you know that?" She sighed. "I guess I won't have to lie about you breakin' my heart after all."

"Humpf, the way things have been going for me, maybe I could try and break Dp's heart. I never wanted to do that, how was I suppose to know, that you had a gun to your head. I'm probably better off with nobody, I should just go find me a rock."

Kramor turned over on his side, to look the other way.

"You are better off, finding someone who is better for you."

Gigi wanted nothing but to get up and leave, but she swallowed her hurt. "You should know, Kramor, that I promised Loner I would help her get some evidence against DP. I said I would let you know the plan. So now, I guess... I'm leaving. Take care." She turned and walked out of the tent, tears rolling freely down her face. She turned to Blue. "Take me back to town, please?"

He nodded, and lifted her onto his horse.

Kramor, got up slowly and found his clothes. Walking outside he didn't see anyone. He saddled a horse, then painfully got on. He rode the back way into town. Kramor took the horse into the stables and saddled his own horse. He rode to the back of the hotel, went up and got his things. After changing his clothes, and making sure he wasn't bleeding, he headed back out. He had to get out for a while, he screwed up enough things, in three days. Kramor found a wooded area, next to a stream. He set up camp, so he could, heal and think.

Even though Darkpoet had a bad evening. He was having a good day, he bought the leather goods store. Darkpoet enjoyed days like this, everything going to plan. He even tipped his hat, to Loner as he walked by, going to the saloon. He ordered a beer and sat in the corner, with his back to the wall. A nice day indeed.

OOC..Brinks cured right? I know he got the antidote but he was having trouble.
IC Ms T woke up early that morning. She finished her work at the store and seeing that business was slow, decided to take a stroll.

The military was on the march, making sure there was peace in the High Plains. A horse troop rode into town, to get some food. Darkpoet was leaving the saloon, when the troop dismounted. The officer in charge, came up to Darkpoet and saluted. Darkpoet, grabbed the officers arm and pulled it down. Looking to make sure nobody saw. The two talked for a bit, then went there own way.

Ms T walked down the street deep in thought. She was worried about the sheriff, and how ill he was. Seeing DP had brought back a lot of memories.

"I have the time right now DP. I'm not getting much work done today anyway." She let DP walk them back to his store. She was thinking furiously, could what that deputy said be true? It didn't seem like the man she'd known, but she knew only too well how people changed.

Darkpoet made the tea and brought it out for the both of them. He then spread out a map, on the counter.
"I have a goldmine, it's legal and I didn't steal it. That's why I have been buying the empty buildings. Someone else wants this mine also, and has been spreading the murder rumors. I'm just trying to find out who. Does the sheriff or the deputy know anything?"

Ms T stared hard at DP. "A gold mine? That would explain the recent rash of killings. I don't think the sheriff knows anything. He seems like an honest man. He places a lot of trust in that deputy of his..not the drunk, the one who almost shot you. I've seen her ridin' in and outta town frquently as well as hanging around that saloon. Let me think back, I don't remember anyone buyin' unusual supplies.

Loner woke with her head on her desk. What am I doing here? she thought as she struggled to work the cramp out of her neck...

Then she remembered, she'd gone back to get her badge, started thinking about things, and fallen asleep right there in the jail. She pinned the badge on -- thought about it a second -- and replaced it. She was now Acting Sheriff...she went over to Brink's desk, picked up his own badge, and pinned it on her duster. "I'll wear it with honor, Boss," she whispered aloud.

First order of business for the day: Check out what Kramor had said about the traitor in the camp. So she took her horse and rode out to the west of town.

T leaned closer to DP. "I'll try and find out what the sheriff knows. Watch out for that deputy though. I don't think she'd trust me one bit." T thought to herself, maybe I'll trust you DP and maybe not.

Kramor unsaddled his horse, got a small smokeless fire going. Leaning back on his saddle he fell asleep.

Gigi was relieved to see the saloon open when Blue dropped her off in town. She headed straight to the bar, and ordered a double. Then sat, waiting for Darkpoet to come by... as she was sure he would.
