I've been to the point where I had Viconia and Jaheira in my party, and they were really getting on about it. I told them to stop it, the both of them, and now I haven't heard a word from Jaheira anymore, (I dumped Viconia for some other guy), and it's been a long time since I told them to stop (lot of game hours)

Well, you answered it yourself. If you told both of them to stop, then they both will stop. So no more romance.
