T’lainya, Darkpoet and Brink gathered in the priests tent. The elven commander was there as well as a junior advisor, dressed in the robes of a mage.
The young mage spoke. “We will cast the spells to send you back to your own time.” She paused for a minute to glance at the other elves. “What you must do as a group is focus your minds. It is important you all focus on the same time and the same landmarks or you could be lost forever. “
Enstareth the priest spoke next. “Do you understand the importance of this? You must focus on the same points of time and place.”
The three of them nodded and briefly discussed the situation. They decided to focus on the portal, right before they had entered it. The whole group made their way back to the rune engraved standing stone.
“Are you ready?” It was the young mage who spoke.
After a glance at the other two, T’lainya nodded.

Loner, Kramor, and the young woman Loner had called Darien stood staring at one another. Nippy stood off to the side, looking on. Loner distantly heard him say something about Lomoro and Kara-Tur; but she paid no attention. She was riveted to the young woman before her. Loner took another few timid steps forward, her eyes locked on the girl the entire time. Darien herself was looking at Loner with a quizzical expression. Why was Mom acting so strangely?...
Loner stopped, slowly reached out her hand, and touched the girl's face. Her heart leapt; she gasped and a chill ran down her spine. Tears filled Loner's eyes as she pulled her daughter into a tight embrace. A moment later Kramor was there, with his arms around both of them.
"Kramor," Loner whispered through her tears. "This is our child..."
Kramor himself was choked with emotion, as he replied. "I know."

Waverly found himself on the ground, dazed just a bit… but he burst out laughing when he realized what (or rather who) had happened to him. As Jenna bent over to help up Viv, who had also fallen to the ground, Waverly gave her a shove sending her toppling headlong into the pool.
As she emerged from the pool after her ever so brief swim, her already shear garments clung to her in a most immodest fashion…

{OOC @Nippy: No prob
Just don't expect Loner to easily agree to leaving for Kara-Tur right away
}
Loner hardly heard what Nippy had said. She was holding Darien with all her strength.
"Mom?" the young woman said. "Um...are you all right?"
Slowly Loner pulled away, and looked at her daughter. "I..." she began, but broke off, shaking her head. She looked down at the Katana, which Darien was still holding in one free hand. "How...how did you get this blade?" she asked.
Darien looked puzzled. "You gave it to me," she answered. "When I completed my training."
"Your training is complete already?" Loner asked, astonished. This girl couldn't have been any older than 18. Normally no one completed training until at least the age of 30.
"Ye-es," Darien replied, brow still furrowed. "I'm...starting to get the feeling that something isn't...right, here..." Indeed, it was only at that moment that she realized her parents looked considerably younger than they should...
Kramor gently stroked her bleached hair, and chuckled softly. "We'll talk later," he said. "Right now let us just look at you. Darien."

Vivien frowned ferociously at Waverly and helped Jennbard up from the pool.
"Let's just talk this through." She said while helping Jenna to sit, she then ran to get Jenna a towel, finding only rectangular cloth of the same shimery material. With a shrug she brought it to the slightly shivering bard.
She tried to swip at Waverly's head on the way back, but missed due to the towel she was carrying.
"Now. Are you still involved with the Shadow person? You know, Mr. Evil? Because if you are, I shall be forced to use all of my magic against you, and we both know you have low resistance to 'Viv Magic'."
She sat beside Jenna as she asked, trying not to smile, as that would deminish the threat a bit.

After hearing Viv’s question, Waverly righted her overturned lounge, sat back, and relaxed. He quietly looked up at the clear blue sky and smiled inwardly as he sensed Viv becoming impatient with his silence in the face of her questioning. When her breathing indicated she was about ready to explode, he finally turned to Viv and Jenna…
“I wasn’t working with the Shadow Master by choice. I was left in quite a precarious state after a troop of hysterical wenches interrupted my dealings with a mad god, and went on to leave me in the hands of the drow
…” Waverly paused and looked at them both, but continued when no apology seemed forthcoming. Jenna simply rolled her eyes while Viv gave a fake yawn. “He promised to repair my tenuous grasp on the material plane, but I found… another way. He’d be quite upset with me; if he could find me.”
Waverly swiped Viv’v drink from the table just as she was reaching for it and took a sip. Frowning because it was simply too sweet, he shrugged and put it back down.

Georgi awoke to a rumble of thunder. She rolled over on the soft pelts and came face to face with Dragon Wench, who winked and grinned at her. Georgi grinned back. She sat up, looking to see where her clothes had been flung the night before, and rubbed her head. "Too much Tia Maria?" Dragon Wench asked, still grinning. Georgi nodded.
Gwalchmai cleared his throat. "Are you ladies looking for these?" he asked, holding up their halter tops +5, with a grin. He sauntered over and helped the two of them with the fiddly clasps. They smiled sweetly at him.
A noise came from the doorway, and the three of them looked up to see a woman who was the spitting image of Loner... only wearing the robes of a cleric. The golden threads wove a pattern that was never seen in their time, save for in history books, or ancient relics, but all three of them recognised the blazing sun emblem. She spoke softly. "Good morning. I am Sophia, High Priestess of Amaunator. I hope you rested well. We must make haste, the storm is nearly upon us." She left them to finish packing their equipment.
Gwalchmai turned to the others. "Are you sure you want to go through with this? It sounds dangerous, and I don't want anything to happen to you... There might be another way..."
Georgi smiled slightly. "That's sweet, Gwally. But, this is our way out of here. We're taking it." Gwally saw that the concern was heavier in her eyes than it had been. He nodded.
"Right," said Dragon Wench brightly. "Back to the future it is, then."

As they left, all three looked back at the the steam bath with some regret. Dragon Wench noticed a speculative gleam in Gwalchmai's eye as he studied the hut's structure.
Soon they found themselves at the runic stone near the place where they had killed the black creature.
Emmet was already there. Gesticulating wildy at the lowering clouds, he shrilly cried, to none in particular, "oh please, make this a crackler, we need lots of pretty lights, lots and lots!"
Georgi, Gwalchmai and Dragon Wench exchanged worried glances. It was not a comforting thought that their only way back to their own time was through this rather unstable mage. Thunder muttered close by, and Emmet cackled gleefully.
They then noticed that others had entered the grassy meadow. Five women in flame-red, robes appeared, Sophia among them. As they neared, Dragon Wench paled, feeling as though she was gazing into a mirror. The woman smiled at her. I am Artemia, she said softly. Beneath her robe, Artemia wore the dress of a ranger, and Dragon Wench felt instantly comfortable with this woman who was surely her own distant ancestor.
All the women wore the same amulets, that they had noticed the previous day. So close together, the amulets and the women they adorned seemed linked by a cosmic energy. A blue glow radiated from each pendant, and somehow they cast a calming influence on the travellers.
Artemia spoke, "We must perform a purifying ritual before you go back. The magic of the amulets we wear will ward away shadows and aid in keeping you from harm."
The women formed a circle around the three friends. Joining hands they began a low, humming chant. All dark thoughts were banished, feelings of light and courage instilled themselves within the circle. A deep red aura emanated from the ring in which they stood, and the delicate scent of morning dew filled the air. Then Sophia stepped forward, breaking the circle. She wove the incantation of a bless spell over their heads, her hands almost dancing as she formed the intricate motions.
They were led once again to the somewhat oddly shaped stone. Georgi and Dragon Wench stared at it, and as they realised what it represented, they both blushed. Gwalchmai, grinned, "a fine specimen that is, but I think that they're better made in our own time."
Georgi posed the question on Dragon Wench's mind, "didn't Anomen use to keep something like this in his part of the tent?"
Dragon Wench smirked slightly as her memory cleared. "Yes, he did, but I'm not sure how effective it was, I seem to remember that we were all happy when we found the Ring of Swift Recovery."
Emmett approached them, still waving his hands about. His hair blew eratically about his face as the wind increased in force, and his speech was even more garbled than before.
"She will be here soon, very soon, you will submit, submit to the guiding force." Eyes glassy, he began to mutter something at the stone.
Then, as if from nowhere, a jagged streak of lightening burst forth from the sky, it exploded before them as it hit the stone, nearly shattering their ears and blinding their eyes by its intensity. The next moment they found themselves in the dank cavern that they has left the day before.

Brink looked back at the portal and noticed that there were three more figures whose shapes were blurred getting larger and larger on the surface. He readied his bow, just in case something went wrong with the time-travel spell that was casted by the elves. He called towards Dp and T'lainya, warning them of the figures. They responded by brandishing their weapons, and the three of them stood watching the portal, wary of whatever creature that might be coming out of it.
*****
The first thing to come out from the portal's smooth surface looked like a human hand, which was followed by the figure of what appeared to be a human lady.Brink strained his eyes to see if he could recognize the lady, the portal's glimmering lights making it difficult to discern who it was.Two more figures began stepping out from the portal; another female and a male, Brink guessed from their shapes.
The portal's lights dimmed once again, probably meaning that it was not in use anymore.Dp was the first to recognize the three 'strangers'; he lowered his weapon and spoke with joy, "dragon wench!Georgi! Gwalchmai! It's good to see you again..."
