I'm supposed to be hunting him down in the Alley of Dangerous Angles, but I can't find him anywhere. What's up?

Also, I have two pipes that cast cloudkill. Any ideas how many charges they have? Is there a way to recharge them as in BGII?

As I recall, Blackrose is towards the north, in the center. (It's been a while.)

He's half-invisible, and not very far away from where the leader of Razor Angels is (a corridor to the right, methinks).
All that can go wrong, will, unless it doesn't, but then, it might anyway.
