Respawn-o-rama

In some areas, like the sword coast, the hobgoblins etc. respawn faster than I can check their loot !
Is this normal ?

I think that's a bit to fast, but they do respawn in some areas. Also the more Quickloads you do in an area the more enemies will be spawned there.

I was scouting a head and some wolves spawned next to imoen, the cheek!
