Good items in the wilderness

Anybody have a list of good items just stashed in the wilderness boards. I've heard rumors of a ring of wizardry and wand of frost although I have found neither and it looks like there is a diamond in the rough (ugh!, sorry) in area 2700 north of montaron and xzar.
Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.
