Here it is:

Entrance
Level 1 - Museum
Level 2 - Dinner Is Served
Level 3 - The Chapel
Level 4 - The Armoury
Sub Level 1 - The Cellar
Sub Level 2 - The Warders Challenge
Sub Level 3 - Durlag's Throne
Sub Level 4 - Mechazarin's Fate

Have fun - you will be in there for a while and cannot get back out until complete! ;)

You can walk back up the stairs as long as you don't go down into the watcher's pit.

Speak to Mendas in Ulgoths Beard. He will give you a quest. You will then be able to commission a ship to Balduran's Island... ;)
