Good cloak, well the best cloak in the game is the cloak of balderan, it is obtainable from one of the whores in the underceller,

There are actually few good cloaks that i can recall.
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

A rose by any other name would still smell as sweet.

errr...the cloak of the wolf is quite impressive, but not really that useful.
Meh, I only had 2 cloaks by the end of the game the first time I played.

Cloak of protection (?) +2 in Candlekeep catacomb

Cloak of non-detection in the first Cloakwood Forest

Cloak of displacement (or something rather) in Ulgoth's Beard, if you have TotSC

Nymph's Cloak (+2 Charisma)

There are quite many +1 cloaks around, too. :)

Don't forget the cload of algernon is unlimited charms. Just downright evil. Every time you fight multiple bogies, you can turn one against the others.
Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.
