Battle Mages

Hi all, maybe you can help me.

Whenever I try and kill all the people in a town and my rep drops below a certain point, a battle mage comes and wipes me and my party out.

Has anyone ever defeated this guy? If so how did you do it?

carefully. same as you fight any other mage. spread out, arrows of biting, prot. from magic potion and charge in, wand of monster summoning,
Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.

Also, while distracting him, take your thief and hide in shadows.

Then, go an give him a wedgie. :eek:

LOL!!!!

No, just backstab him, and he'll go don't quickly after that. Use magical projectiles, and at least 1 fighter on him at all times.
