Needless to say, this COULD be considered a spoiler. The city is divided into 9 map sections like this....

NorthWest NorthCentral NorthEast
CentralWest Central CentralEast
SouthWest SouthCentral SouthEast

I believe Oberan's estate is in the Central map section of the city, north of the the place with the tents and stuff

Splurging Sturgeon is in the NorthEast map section of the city, but you have to go east from the NorthCentral map section to get there because there is a wall which divides that section in half-most obnoxious.

In trying to be as clear as possible, I may have succeeded in confusing you even more, but I hope not ;)

Well A huge landmark ya' can't miss is the Ducal Palace.

South of there in the northern section is Oberon's estate (ya can see it).

however ya can't access it from that area so just go to the area below and head to the northern part.

Why does that sound so confusing?

Is Oberon the same guy in the Drizzt book. And what are Shandlers daughters doing in his house. I forgot.
