I am having a problem finding all the parts to create this weapon. Can somebody tell me exactly where all parts are.

The scroll is in the "Temple-Ruins"/"Shadow-lord"-quest. (On the Dragon)
The Hammer is located in the Mindflayer part of the seweres (where you fight a party before entering the "Unseeing Eye quest" - but you need the key (Sewer-key) from "Firkraggs"(sp?)-dungeon .
Gauntlets of Orge-strength is located inside the Planar Sphere.
The Girdle of FrostGiant-strenght is located on a DemonKnight in the Kua-Toa dungeon in Underdark.
