Cloak of Balduran

I've found the Helm of Balduran in the picture in the inn - where's the cloak? I've looked everywhere as it's supposed to be quite powerful...

Take A look in the bottom of the blushing Mermaid Taveren in Baldurs gate.
Should be with Quenash. Hope this helps.

Try going to the museum of Balduran and free the statues...talk to everyone and you should be on your way.
