At the moment i am roleplaying a half-drow(in BG2) and wondered wht he would be like(cos of his drow temperment ETC), what would be more likly bhall-human and drow mother or vice versa?What would his mothers name be if it was her that was a drow?(i'm making costom sword that belonged to her)

P.S he is called Vail woodshadow and is a blade

Taking the drow as they are described within the forgotten realms setting, the following is the most likely situation:

1) That your characters father was drow..and your mother was human.

..though,

if your interested in running with the idea of the characters mother being drow, here are a few names you may find interesting:

Personal names(first names):
Zesstra
T'risstree
Briza
Chessintra
Qilue

Surnames(last names) & House names:
Ssambra
T'sarran
Veladorn
Baenrae
DeVir

It makes sense to me that Bhaal sired (i.e. was the father) all the Bhaalspawn. Otherwise he/she (being sexless) would have to birth the brat, which he would never want to do. Assuming then that his biological mother took care of him, your character's background would correspond with the mother's race. If he was raised by humans, then the mother's human. If he was raised by drow, then the mother's drow.

Just curious. How did you become a half drow in Baldur's Gate II? Did you use some kind of race and demi-race hack? If you did, can you post it? I really want to be an aasimar in Thron of Bhaal. Thanks in advance
