Warrior's Skull - Help Needed

Hi,

Bopped the dragon on Level 5, Watcher's Keep but I can't find the Warrior's Skull (so I'm a bit stuffed). Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

Its happening to me too...

I killed the dragon and never saw him drop anything. I can't find any CLUA command to create the item, either. Any ideas?

I found the CLUA code for the Warrior's skull on Bioware's site. Here's the URL:
