Watchers keep lvl 3 **SPOILERS**

First things first whaty are you supposed to do in lvl 3 of watchers keep? Cos at themaiaute in wondering around aimlessly! I have the septar of raidience and a septar gem from a demon (the one with the nabassuu freinds i think) and his heart. What am i supposed to do. I havealso visited the room with the subcuss and her dire charming friends. How do i avoid getting dire charmed?? I can kill all the badies in that room easy but i end up with just 1 un dire charmed char left who always ends up getting killed by all the others. So help on both topics would be apriciated!!

A few thigns you should note on that level:

- The mad elf (you met him, right?) has a book in his room which will tell you the way through the maze

- Try to write down where does taking a direction (N,E,S,W) from a room take you. This REALLY helps when finding your way around the maze

- In the succubus room just try to get charm immunity to as many characters as possible. Items that grant this: shield of harmony, helm of charm prot, Equalizer, Blackrazor, Greenstone amulet(when activated), maybe others. Priest spell chaotic commands also works, as does berserker's Rage ability. After the battle just cast dispel magic to restore the charmed party members

I believe you may be able to buy some Potions of Clarity from the disciples of Helm on the roof, which will make you immune to such a spell.

OK I got out now to the place were the guy with the deck of many things is but i dont understand what you have to do when gambeling with him. Could some one plz tell me what I should be gambeling for Because im totaly lost?!?!

Right Ho! You should have the sceptre and two stones by now, if not then leave and start looking. If so then your gambling for the third stone, if you gamble for it and lose don't worry cos he'll send it back, I don't know what happens if you win. But try not to gamble for that first cos he's got a very nice sword on him, soul reaver or something i think, just gamble experience as you can regain it with lesser restoration. There is no pattern to winning and the third time you try, he will insist on gambling for the stone.

ok I only have 1 stone i'm gessing the other one is in the hands of the other demon. Ok i'll go and find it then follow the diary again!!

"Spectral brand" is the weapon that the demon has and its a scimitar not a sword(superb for Jaheira though. Give her a combination of upgraded "club of detonation" and upgraded "spectral brand" and she isn't that bad.

Spectral brand is a killer wep for jaheira, combination of armor piercing strike and greater whirlwind does wonders. so does the immunity to lev drain, and the summon.

I read the guide for the deck and planned out my strategy very carefully.

I played all 3 hands with the demon, and got spectral brand, the mind shield, this was a mistake, DONT get it, get exp instead...
and lost deliberately the third hand...then had 5 m swords near by, imp hasted and told the demon to bugger off when he tried to take the scepter. this annoyed him and he attacked, and my swords wasted him.

I had the deck, scepter and spectal brand. I then got star for viccy, and got her wisdom raised to 19!!!

More and more spells!

Do not use by aerie, as it will increase her int! No use to her. don't know about jaheira, might raise her str or wisdom, both useful but wisdom is the real prize, as you get more cleric spells.
