Help with Draconis

I'm tryin to solo the game with a sorcerer (This is my first time to try soloing, so i could have picked the wrong spells), and i just reached Draconis. I got him into the Dragon form, and have got him down to near death, by casting time stop/improved alacrity/and as many abi-dalzim's horrid wiltering or cloudkill i could before the time stop wore out, but he always heals himself and puts horror or somethin on me. Could you tell me how to beat him, or what i'm doin wrong?

I have never played solo as sorcerer, but i was a berzerker cleric solo.. I know that he only has like 2 heal spells, then he just casts cure mayor wounds.. That battle took forever for me.. but in the end he ies.. make sure to take away his continuous stoneskins before anything though

set spell trigger and/or chain contingency to 3 pierce magic

see him
time stop
spell trigger
improved alacrity
dbi-dalzim's horrid wilting
time stop
dbi-dalzim's horrid wilting 3 (or more) times

you can summon mordenkainen's sword before the battle
