THE IMPOSSIBLE ... THE INVINCIBLE ... THE TARRASQUELICH!
What what would happen if a high-level wizard attempted and succeeded in possessing the body of a tarrasque that he has managed to subdue (!), thereby becoming a lich? What would come of this most unholy combination? A creature combining a savagely fearsome creature with an extremely powerful undead. In other words, a TARRASQUELICH.
Here is the detailed description plus stats of the Tarrasquelich. The contribution from Travis Hall, also known as the Wraith, concerning the creation of such an abomination is much appreciated.
Most of the description of this creature came from the descriptions of the Tarrasque and Lich from the Monstrous Manual, with additional consideration given to the Dracolich monster.

*** SPECIAL ABILITIES ***
Normal attacks are with two foreclaws (1d12 each), tail lash (2d12), bite (5d10 as a *sword of sharpness*, severing a limb on a natural attack roll of 18 or better), and two horn attacks (1d10 each).
Once per turn, can rush at a movement rate of 15, doubling horn damage and trampling for 4d10 points of crushing damage.
Can cause creatures of < 3 levels/HD to be paralyzed with fright (no save) until they can no longer see it. Creatures of 3 or more levels/HD flee in panic. Creatures of 7 levels/HD or more will flee unless they save vs. paralyzation.
Touching any creature will inflict 1d10 damage. A creature so touched must save versus paralysis or be unable to move until this effect is dispelled.
Carapace is immune to most effects such as lightning, magic rays or bolts, and other such magical attacks. Such attacks will reflect off in random directions, with 1 in 6 reflecting back to their source.
Immune to monsters of less than 6 HD and/or their magical properties.
Immune to heat, fire, *charm*, *sleep*, *enfeeblement*, *polymorph*, cold, electricity, *insanity*, and *death* spells.
Is able to cast the spells available in former life, but still needs its spellbooks, magical components, etc., and will likely have access to accumulated magical items and whatnot.
Regenerates 1 hp per round.
Immune to nonmagical weaponry.
Immune to psionics.
*** CREATING IT ***
"First, take your 18+ level wizard (or optionally cleric), have him drink a poisonous infusion, and so on and so forth. You are quite correct in that doing this to a tarrasque would be difficult, to say the least.
"However, there is a way. Start with one Tarrasque (hopefully not more, because there's only supposed to be one in a given world) and one lich. When a lich's body is destroyed, its soul pops into its phylactery, which is supposed to be extremely difficult to destroy, and from there the lich's soul can start using a Magic Jar effect on anything that comes near. With me so far? Right, so the lich takes its phylactery, and puts it in his pocket. Then, he walks up the the Tarrasque and says, "Eat me." Being what it is, the Tarrasque obliges, despite not understanding the instruction, because there's no problem in getting Tarrasques to eat things. Usually, the difficulty is in stopping them eating things.
"So, Tarrasque eats lich, lich's body is chewed up and dissolved in stomach acid. Lich's soul pops into phylactery - in Tarrasque's stomach. (Phylactery, being so hard to destroy, is unaffected by stomach acid.) Lich Magic Jars nearest creature - hey, Tarrasque! Oops, Tarrasque made save. No problem, do it again. Eventually the Tarrasque fails a save, and the lich's soul inhabits the Tarrasque's body, which, due to the nature of lichy possession, becomes undead.
And there you have it, the Tarrasque-lich. One of the most powerful monsters ever created, not to mention one of the silliest."
*** KILLING IT ***
May be killed by reducing HP to -30 or less and then *wish*'ed into nonexistence.
MIGHT be turned by an extremely high-level priest (8th level required for "normal" liches).
May be destroyed by complete annihilation of the body and the subsequent destruction of the phylactery in which the life force is stored. A Tarrasque which is not completely destroyed will always regenerate from its remains and the Tarrasquelich will be completely restored. Both the Tarrasque's body and phylactery must be destroyed in order to vanquish the creature.
The dorsal side of the Tarrasquelich's carapace, if removed (ha) and treated with acid and heated in a furnace, may produce a massive amount of diamond (10d10 diamonds with a base value of 1000 gp each). The underbelly, if mixed with Tarrasque blood (not likely to still exist due to the undead condition of the Tarrasquelich) and adamantium, will result in a metal of +5 defensive enchantment, from which 1d4 shields can be made by master dwarven blacksmiths, working two years on each shield.
*** COMPILED LIST OF IMMUNITIES ***
Just so you know: magic rays and bolts, and other such magical attacks; monsters of less than 6 HD and/or their magical properties; heat, fire, cold, lightning, and electricity; *charm*, *sleep*, *enfeeblement*, *polymorph*, *insanity*, and *death* spells; nonmagical weaponry; psionics. You may with good reason ask yourself this question: What is the Tarrasquelich NOT immune to?
There is no knowledge, that is not power...

My favorite Paladin kit would have to be a Undead Hunter.BUt the other day i was thinking and the Undead Hunter to me should be its own class. Because Hunting the Undead seems darker than the average paladin to me.IF it were a real world situation i would become a Undead Hunter for personal reason not because i need to rid the world of evil.I would think you would Hunt the Undead becuase your family or love was slaughtered by some evil vampire or something like that. But that is my thoughts.

Have a quest where a powerful mage scientist (possibly a coweled wizard?) Devople a tecnique to combine monsters, The quest being to retive two of, say five powerful monsters that the mage would combine to give the coweled wizards ultinate control and power e.t.c. Then the PC's would have to defeat the creation for some nifty loot. As for possible combinations just Imagin:
A lich who could cast as fast as a beholder
An Iron Golem / beholder
The five monsters: Lich, Iron Golem, Beholder, Mind Flayer, Wolfwere.
That might be an interesting quest.

Oooh! Put Yoshimo back in! I've got it all figured out. Offstage, sometime after you give Yoshimo's heart to the temple of Ilmater, Ilmater finally restores Yoshimo to life to give him a chance to atone for the sins he was compelled to commit.
Naturally he's ashamed of betraying the protagonist and probably even a little afraid of him/her, so he won't seek you out. You'll have to 'accidentally' run into him. Then you can either kill him for good, let him go his own way, or convince him that all's forgiven and thereby get back the best (and only) pure thief NPC in Amn.
Or maybe this is a little lame, and for story/drama purposes he's better off staying dead. Heh. I just really dug the bastard. He was the least offensive of all the NPCs, even when he bitched about my rep being too high. Well, okay, Minsc is generally even more easy-going. But after him, it's all Yoshimo.
