Loot from Demogorgon

Earlier on in the game I finished Watchers Keep without fighting Demogorgon. Since I could not find the information in the TOB walkthrough I am asking you gurus if he posseses valuable stuff (e.g. to be forged into a powerful item by Cespenar) worth to reload the older game? Thanks for your help.

No loot.

I don't think you even get to kill him in his prime material form, I think when you deal enough damage, he just goes back to the Abyss.

The only advantage to killing him rather than taking another route to the quest is getting more experience.

The biggest experience reward is when you accept his offer, trick Odren to go down, then seal the place up again with the new scroll.

With the full english patch from bioware you get a silver and gold ioun stone. one which increases int by 1, which is pretty useless,
and the other increases wisdom by 1, which is really awesome! Free exra cleriic spells!!!

And I've head the best way to do the demogorgy quest is to use first scroll, exit using demogorgon's help, trick odren to go down,
save the game,
seal the keep with the second scroll, use the door to go back in, and kill demogorgon!!!

Apparently, there is a bug and you can go back in after sealing the keep, and eat your cake too. I plan to try in soa after i rescue imoen, because my party is reaching around 2 million xp already, except my primary char and jaheiraa, I start my self with fairly high level sorc, just to stabalize spells, and I had to raise jaheira to complete druid grove, she was near but ot at 14 th level, and I loath cerned
