Okay - made to more this morning :) - I've got nothing better to do, no :D

This time - no logospinning around x-axis, the light is the spinning source, caursing the sparkeleffect.

"Cohort of the Banshee, texture glass, colour white this is to dark to use - but it's still just ideas from me :)

"Cohort of the Banshee, texture chrome, colour gray (2 light-sources on this one)

(See Aegis - no spinning :D )

OK Xan I like them. However if we were to go with "Cohort of the Banshee" it should be "Cohorts" as in add an S. I like the suggestions guys. We play any characters, any alignmentm anything for the good of guild really. I would like to have at least one of every class in the guild.

Just another quick thing. Xandax and I we're talking the other day. I suggested that for the guild there should be a structure, for example, there is a warriors division and a mages division. They would be headed up by a Warlord and an Archmage, for the rougues it could be Head Thief or Shadowmaster. Any suggestions?

What do you guys say - should we try to find a name for the guild.

I like the
"Cohorts of the Banshee"
and
"Wail of the Banshee",

there have also been mentioned
"Blade of the Banshee"
"Guild of the Banshee" (wich I would actually say is not so good considering most(if not all) of us in here right now are male :D )
"Banshee's Egde"

What do people think of the supposed guild structure?

Being well aware of the rivalry that has occured between certain web sites, it's fairly obvious that a guild war would start sooner or later. Being the great web site that Game Banshee is, who could resist not joining a guild bearing its name. However emphasis must be maintained to ensure that people who join actually try out adventures as oppossed to just having guild wars non-stop 24/7.

Oh, yeah....count me in.

@Tamerlane: well my main reason for starting/participatin in such a guild as this, is to have somebody to play online (Roleplay) with. :) (And who is better to this than GB-folk :D )
Welcome to.

@Nippy: Well you know where I stand :D
I was just thinking who many wings we should have, if all fighter types should be in one (ei. paladins, fighters and rangers) or they should be divided.

Wings, are a good idea. But you have to remember that it would require a lot of organisation. If any one is willing to organise it then, go ahead.

I must say, that this guild has potential to be something great. I was wondering, will you be able to colour co-ordinate your characters in NWN, because that'll make the guild a lot more presentable. And a uniform of sorts, usually generates a lot of attention.

Just my opinion anyway.

I vote for either..

"Wail of the Banshee",
or
"Blade of the Banshee"

which every of these two have the most votes, if neither does I will choose again.

I think "Blades of the Banshee" sounds cool.

OK this is good. All the replies are pointing in a good direction. I think that there should be this for the divisions:

Warriors
Rogues
Nature People
Godly People
Magi

OK heres a shakedown of the division names:

Warriors All fighter-types, kits and prestige classes.

Rogues All of the thief types

Nature People Obvious, Rangers and Druids

Godly People Clerics and Paladins

Magi Mages of all school and sorcerers

If there is a dual class or multi-class in the case of the dual-class you must stick with your first choice of class. Multi-class may pick one of the classes that they are.

The divisions would be headed up by for example a Lieutenant that would report to the Council of 5 (oohhh sounds ominous! :D ). The council of 5 comprise a

Warlord (head of Warriors)

Shadowmaster (Rogues)

Greatdruid or Head Ranger (Nature People [I know the title isn't good but we can create a new one])

Head Priest (Godly People [same as Nature])

Archmage (magi)

I've given quite a bit of thought to the actual roles of each division. Warriors take the brunt of battle, rogues do the sneakiness and help scout with the rangers, druids help healing and disruption of spellcasters with insect plague etc, Clerics heal and cast buffs on the warriors and Mages use batllemagic.

What do people think? The council would vote on things and report the decisions to the Lieutenant, the Lieutenant would then distribute the information through the guild. I would gladly take a position as head Warlord or any other except mages, Xandax has his eyes on that! So tell me, what do you think?

@Tamerlaine, you can create uniforms, that is at character creation, you get to choose colours etc.

Well then it seems that people are starting to agree on "Blade of The Banshee" which I also am beginning to like.

(BTW - I can also make still pictures, no animation:
Non-animated Blade of The Banshee
:D )

As for divisions in the guild I think we could drop the "Lieutenant" part and simply uses the "head" of the "wings" to report to the members.

People like it? Cool. We will drop the Lieutenant part then. Xandax, can you add an 's' on the end of Blade for the logo, it makes it sound more 'united' and that there is more than one of us.

I guess that we will have to start a recruitment drive now then. Any ideas how we can do it?
