What do you think about ranks? - Should we waite untill the games comes out - or should we place the topdogs now, and the rest on the first rank, and take it from there?</STRONG>
My thoughts...
Pick the top dogs now (get this out of the way) and let the adventures decide the first ranks. (take it from there)
I don't want to see this turn in to a war.
I believe the quicker it is done..the better. We can move on to more important stuff then.

Wasn't aware of the CHA for spells thing... Looks like I'll have to go back to the drawing board on that little fella!
"Think on this, arrogant mageling: even the mightiest archmage has no spells strong enough to let him cheat death. Some take the road of lichdom... a living death. The rest of us find graves, and our dust is no grander than that of the next man. So when next you lord it over some farmer with your fireballs, remember: we all master spells enough to die"

OK... so 3rd ed character creation... In this handy little program from Wizards.com they give you the option of 4d6, Default Array, and Point Buy. I always use the 4d6. Not sure if that is right or not? I thought I read somewhere that for 3rd Ed. the Point Buy was the way to generate char's, and that the 4d6 rolling was over with? Can anyone verify this?

Here's another vote for this. I agree as well.
