Ok guys this is what people want I think.

We have 3 ranks in each wing. One Wing Commander, namely, mikeheitz, Aegis, Weasel, Sellsword and me. There are 5 second-in-commands and the rest of each wing are common soldiers. The replacement of other people in the two top ranks will involve a voting system.

Is this agreed? I'll draw the rules up tomorrow and post them up on the Guild thread. It's nearly 12 o'clock here and my brain is thudding and my eyelids drooping, anymore and I think I am going to do a Serious Sam Chain gun on someone.

umm... one question.. how do we settle disputes in the clan? shudnt we have a council of judiciators? i mean.. let's say i 'accidentally' cast a death cloud the high council... then when they respawn i 'accidentally' do it again.. and again.. and again.. and again.. and again.. and again... this is all hypothetical, ofcourse

I'd like to see 1 Wing Commander, 2 second in command (call em what you will) and 3 third in command (call em what you will again).

How 'bout a combination of duelling and voting? Vote for a couple of different people and then let them slug it out.

Or, instead of simple PvP, we could get ourselves a "Testing Grounds". I'll post a separate topic on that, since it holds more interests than just rank determination.
