I wanted to let everyone out there know that I absolutely positively had 4 viles of naga blood and when i gave it to the fountain it acted as though I only had 3. When I checked everyone's inventory, there wasn't any left. I'm not letting that stop me because I don't need the ring to finish the game. Have fun!

Same thing to me too. Also happened with some stone head idols. The naga blood quest should be gone from you quest log though.
