Yes and no. It patches SOA to approximately the latest patch, but there is a BG2TOB patch which you probably need to install for TOB(hence BGII) to be patched properly.When installing ToB, does it automaticly install the patch for SoA?

The Firetooth Dagger is in Ust Natha in the Underdark. One of the Drow merchants in the 'town square' has it for sale.
