CLUAConsole on mac

How do I use the CLUAConsole cheats on a mac? I used them ok on BG1, but for SoA the window does not appear when I press the keys. I have done the cheats=1 thingy. Is this not possible for macs on BG2?

I believe you have to put CTRL + Space not CTRL + Tab

Not really sure how it works on a MAC, but it should be almost the same. So, you need to put in Debug Mode=1 under [Program Options] - in BG1 it was Cheats=1 under [Game Options]. Also you press CTRL+SPACE in BG2, as opposed to CTRL+TAB in BG1.
