XP Cap Remover & HLA's

just a quick question concerning the xp cap removers/disablers from teambg. i do NOT have TOB yet, and am wondering if the xp dis/rem will allow my character to reach high level, without allowing me to recieve high level abilities? what i really want someone to post is: "no, if u install the latest xp patches from teambg, you can recieve HLA's without even having TOB".

although... that seems highly unlikely at best

Well, they guys at TeamBG are skilled, but this would be a miracle!
Sorry friend, HLAs are a ToB feature, my advice is go and get it!

well, without tob you can only thus install the soa ONLY x cap remover, thus you will screw up the game for tob....that xcap remover is only for soa only, and you WILL get some nasty errors and bugs with soa xp remover installed. get tob and istall the tob xp remover.
other wise you WILL mess things up...weve heard about some bad things happening with balderdash soa patch and tob installed on tob, and some hair raising storeis about the xcap rmover for soa with tob installed.
